THE TRAINERS

Pantelis Mitikaris
Founder of Urban Calisthenics with over 13 years of experience in calisthenics and coaching. His passion for the discipline led him to create the school. Certified coach by Base Training.

Marios Lazaris
Graduate of TEFAA (Department of Physical Education and Sport Science) with over 13 years of coaching experience. Specializes in handstands and acrobatics, helping athletes build strength, balance, and full-body control.

Vasiliki Giannoula
Responsible for administration and member management. Has been involved in calisthenics since 2024 and has been teaching since 2026. She is certified from Base Training in functional and group training.
