The Foundation

Calisthenics Training

Calisthenics is primarily an anaerobic training system that aims to strengthen the musculoskeletal system while also developing balance, proprioception, flexibility, and neuromuscular control, promoting complete control over body movement.

The exercises rely exclusively on body weight as resistance, making calisthenics a safe and effective training system suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.

For everyone, from day one

Each exercise has multiple difficulty variations, known as progressions. We adjust the intensity and difficulty so that beginners feel safe — while advanced participants continue to improve their strength and skill.

Build a strong body

Strength Class

Main goal: to build a strong musculoskeletal system by developing muscle hypertrophy and basic strength throughout the body, with an emphasis on the core. Once a strong foundation is established, we move on to more demanding movements, working on explosive power and strength.

What you'll work on

  • Full-body exercises: push, pull, legs, and core

  • Gradual increase in difficulty for continuous progress

  • Training on rings and the parallel bars for a strong upper body

  • Emphasis on proper technique for safety and better results

Move Better

Flexibility & Mobility Class

A class designed to improve muscle flexibility and overall mobility. Our goal is to help you achieve a more functional body, so you feel better and are better equipped to handle the demands of daily life.

Balance

Handstand Class

Progressions with one goal: the handstand, a fundamental acrobatic position of the body on the vertical axis, supported by the hands. We work on alignment, strength, balance, and technique—with approaches tailored to your level, body, and mobility.
