Rules & Policies

Packages Policy

  • You can reserve all the sessions of your package
  • Cancel up to 2 hours before the class starts for credit refund
  • If a session is full, you can join the waitlist
  • The package days count starts from the package activation date
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another package
  • No-shows are charged in full

Gym Rules

  • Arrive a few minutes before class starts
  • Bring a towel and water bottle
  • No outdoor shoes on training floor
  • All levels are welcome — the training is personalized for you
  • Classes last 1 hour and include warm-up and recovery exercises
